Full Job Description

Duties:

• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
• Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries
• Schedule appointments, answer questions, give directions and manage the flow of traffic in the office
• Maintain call logs, filing. Coordinate and work with internal departments

Good to have:

• Good communication skills
• Good with Computers
