We are seeking an IN/OUT BOUND SERVICE APPOINTMENT COORDINATOR to join our team! Working as a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from existing and potential customers.
You are directly accountable for service levels, telephone service factors and quality of calls within a team-driven and fast-paced work environment. The primary role of this position is to exceed customers’ expectations with a superior service experience. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive the company's success. Must be a team player . You will be working according to the Eastern Standard Time zone from 8 am to 7pm Monday to Saturday (Toronto Canada) with the rest of the team. You will also log in remotely into one of the terminal in our office.Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a pleasant, courteous, professional and well-informed manner.
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Make outbound calls to existing customers
- Mail out news letters and greeting cards to clients
- Working knowledge of PCs, and strong keyboarding skills.
- Create reports for Jobs Completed
- Organize filing systems in pc
- Assist field technicians virtually
- Ability to up-sell products and services and perform quality control virtually (We will help to coach you and provide product information required for upsells)
- Greet clients virtually
- Responsible for completing assigned tasks in a timely and effective manner
- Order supplies
Qualifications:
- Excellent command of English and professional telephone manner and literacy required.
- Previous experience in IN/OUT BOUND office administration/Customer service
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer proficiency - MS Office (Word, Outlook, Access, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Degree in Business or Marketing (Preferred MBA)
- Able to work with minimal supervision, result orientated while achieving high levels of individual and team performance
- Clean police background check
- Quick problem solver and ability to think outside the box
- Creative problem solver
- Honest, courteous and able to demonstrate strong work ethics.

Compensation
- Calls compensation for after hours or Sunday
