Overview:
As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you will support the Product and Delivery teams and responsible for driving efficiency and performance across the organization. You will engage directly with stakeholders to gain knowledge on current procedures, tools and challenges. The knowledge will be used to improve the process, eliminate risk and provide delivery excellence.

This key role is responsible integrating the continuous improvement and change management mindset into the Product and Delivery teams. You will integrate and coordinate all steps of continuous improvement into the Deliverability goals for the organization. In doing so, you will contribute directly to improving our execution, change management and quality while directly leading efforts that reduce the organization costs and maximize the value we deliver to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop key understandings of deliverability goals
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization through engagement and knowledge transfer of their core functions, challenges and procedures
  • Complete 360 gap assessments on high impact areas of the organization to identify process improvement efforts
  • Develop execution plans to lead continuous improvement efforts using influence, relationships and subject matter knowledge
  • Consistently achieve cost saving and quality targets through the projects you lead
  • Develop and improve how we identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Develop and share change management approaches with the organization to accelerate efficiency gains, engagement and personnel investment in changes
  • Perform analysis of opportunities based on customer and organization impact at a cadence agreed upon with leadership
  • Develop and deliver presentations to the leadership team on key opportunities with risk, reward and return to assist with organization prioritization process
  • Calculate risk and cost reductions related to projects and opportunities identified
  • Define quality measurements by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends discovered
  • Drive continuous improvement of customer experience with product and process by leveraging data and insights collected through various methodologies
  • Provide guidance and champion solutions that directly impact quality for key business areas

  • Ability to gather metrics, interpret reports and spreadsheets to build improvement recommendations

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
