WORK FROM HOME
Candidate should have Own System with Windows 10 (genuine) and 100mps broadband connectivity
Job Role:
- Communicate Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
- Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
Fresher Graduate
Candidate should have 1 Year Experience in BPO
Shift: 24*7
Week Off: 5.5 Working days, 1.5 week off (Rotational)
Requirements
- Good Communication skills
- Flexible to work in shifts.
- Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Good technical knowledge
- Qualification:Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate.
